Between work, family, and everything else on your plate, it's easy for your own health to end up last on the list. We get it — that's exactly why we're here.
Good Health Group Clinic is a boutique, multi-disciplinary practice in Brighton East, built around one idea: your treatment should be bespoke to your body, shaped around what you need, session to session. I've spent 18 years treating pain, injury and dysfunction as a myotherapist, and every session starts with developing a deeper understanding of the root cause of your symptoms.

My treatment approach
"I have been providing professional care in clinical practice since 2008 and offer a holistic treatment approach which may include dry needling, deep tissue massage, corrective exercise and self-management advice. Each session is tailored specifically to your unique needs.
When addressing your physical pain and discomfort, my objective is to gain an understanding of your current presentation, what preceded it, and what your specific health and wellbeing goals are.
Once the root cause/s of your symptoms have been identified, the healing and recovery process can accelerate rapidly through focused preventative and rehabilitative care.
Lifestyle, exercise, and environmental adaptations, supported by physical bodywork and holistic recovery methods, can all help you to build a solid pathway to wellness and lasting transformation ."

Myotherapy
Every session starts with understanding what's actually happening in your body: not just where it hurts, but what led to it, and what's blocking your body's natural recovery. From there, treatment might include:
- Dry needling, where it's the most direct route to releasing a muscle that hasn't responded to anything else
- Trigger point therapy, addressing the muscle that's been driving tension everywhere around it
- Deep tissue massage, for relief that lasts beyond the session itself
- Corrective exercises, addressing the underlying cause so the problem doesn't simply resurface
Dry needling is one of our most effective techniques for pain relief and improved mobility — but it's not the only option. If needling isn't for you, just let us know. Many clients get excellent results with hands-on techniques alone, often with less soreness afterward.
Common reasons clients come to see me:
- Chronic back, neck, shoulder, hip and knee pain you're done just managing
- Sports injuries and recovery — getting back to full training, not just pain-free at rest
- Headaches and tension that start at your desk and don't clock off when you do
- Ongoing pain that hasn't responded to other treatment — when you need someone to actually find the cause
- A calm, professional space for treatment and recovery
