Good Health Group Clinic is a boutique, multi-disciplinary practice in Brighton East, built around one idea: your treatment should be bespoke to your body, shaped around what you need, session to session. I've spent 18 years treating pain, injury and dysfunction as a myotherapist, and every session starts with developing a deeper understanding of the root cause of your symptoms.

My treatment approach
"I have been providing professional care in clinical practice since 2008 and offer a holistic treatment approach which may include dry needling, deep tissue massage, corrective exercise and self-management advice. Each session is tailored specifically to your unique needs.
When addressing your physical pain and discomfort, my objective is to gain an understanding of your current presentation, what preceded it, and what your specific health and wellbeing goals are.
Once the root cause/s of your symptoms have been identified, the healing and recovery process can accelerate rapidly through focused preventative and rehabilitative care.
Lifestyle, exercise, and environmental adaptations, supported by physical bodywork and holistic recovery methods, can all help you to build a solid pathway to wellness and lasting transformation ."

Remedial Massage
Remedial massage at Good Health Group Clinic is targeted, technique-driven treatment — aimed at resolving muscle tightness, restricted movement, or recurring pain. I bring the same clinical experience to remedial massage as I do to myotherapy, often combining the two within a single session depending on what your body needs. For clients who'd rather avoid techniques like dry needling, remedial massage offers an equally targeted, hands-on approach.
Depending on what you need, a session might include:
- Deep tissue massage for targeted pain relief
- Trigger point therapy to release muscle tension
- Sports massage for training and recovery
- Techniques tailored to your specific presentation
Common reasons clients book remedial massage:
- Back and neck pain
- Sciatica
- Muscle tightness
- Postural issues from desk work or training
- Stress, tension, and needing to switch off and relax
- A calm, professional and supportive clinic setting for treatment and recovery
